Wrinkle-Resistant Solid Blouse
way too small
It must be labeled wrong. The XL fit like a 10 P It was well made, but I could hardly get it to button.

Great Shirt with lousy buttons!
When my shirt arrived there was a broken button in the bag. I could tell that the design of the buttons might be problematic. A second button broke as I was unbuttoning it to try it on. I promptly returned the shirt. Until they change the kind of buttons they use on this shirt...don't bother buying it. Too bad because the fabric is beautiful.

These shirts are beautiful, great quality.
Wrinkle-Resistant solid blouse. These blouses fit into all categories...casual, semi dressy & stylish. I have searched for shirts like this and found only very pricey ones. These are exactly what I've looked for. As seasons change I believe I can wear them to assorted functions...now with a warm top over, later without. What I'd found before was very pricey. These were good quality and affordable! I would purchase from your company again.

I ordered this blouse in a Womens 1X in the Dusty Violet. Overall, I liked the blouse. It appeared to be of good quality. I liked the enameled buttons and the weight of the fabric was perfect for me. However, I am returning the blouse for sizing and color issues. The upper area of the sleeves was too tight and the bottom of the blouse would button but pulled gently on the last two buttons. I have lost weight and have gone down from a 1X to an XL in most garments, but based on the measurements given for this blouse from Winter Silks I decided to be on the safe side and order the 1X but it was too small in the areas mentioned above. The other issue was the color. It is called 'Dusty Violet' and looked to be darker and more purple on the product page than the other color called 'Soft Plum' but when seen in person it was more of a mauve color with pink tones not purple.

Love this blouse!
I ordered this blouse in black for my work, which requires dressy black. I have a closet full of black clothes, so it's nice to find something that is a little different. This is a nice soft but sturdy fabric that is cut very nicely. It's long enough to cover the stuff I want covered, but still has some shape. Fit is perfect (1X). About the wrinkling issue, I have a method of avoiding wrinkles that involves drying just long enough to get the wrinkles out (only a few items in the dryer), then hanging to finish drying. Works with the fussiest fabrics. I almost never iron any more. I'd also recommend Wrinkle Release if needed.

Let someone else press it.
Loved this shirt right out of the package - the cut, the drape, the feel of the fabric - and found it true to my 1X size as well. But alas. After hand washing and hanging to dry, it took me 15 minutes to iron. Once the shirt is on, it does resist wrinkling, but ooohh, the ironing.
Next time, I'll take it to the dry cleaners to let them hassle over it. I know that adds cost to the shirt, but sometimes my time is more valuable.

Pretty, but keep looking
I have purchased three of these blouses now in an attempt to get the right fit. The first one fit great out of the package, but when I washed it according to the instructions, it shrunk so much it no longer fit in the waist and sleeves....Ok, so then I bought one size larger which fit too big out of the package and still fit too big after washing according to the instructions. Finally, I bought a different color in the larger size and it shrank (even though they aren't supposed to) to a good fit, but then while wearing it for a business meeting, one of the enamel buttons just fell off right in front of my customer....They look great, but the quality is lacking. Keep looking.
